(Open Letter to Law Commissioner Dr. Wayne Mapp, slightly edited)

Dear Dr. Mapp,

This is not a submission on the Law Commission’s project on so-called “Victims of family violence who commit homicide”, but it is relevant to that project.

Someone called Rex Widerstrom has tried to link me with the term “feminazi conspiracy” , but I am not aware of having ever previously used that term seriously. However, you, together with the Family Violence Death Review Committee, have proved the existence of a Feminazi conspiracy.

On the Law Commission’s page “Victims of family violence who commit homicide”, you state: “In its Fourth Annual Report published in 2014, the Committee concluded that New Zealand is out of step….

For present purposes, it is irrelevant what particular issue New Zealand was deemed to be “out of step” about. From Appendix 1 of the Family Violence Death Review Committee’s Fourth Annual Report, however, it is clear who New Zealand was deemed to be “out of step” with: England, Canada and Australia.

Moreover, this state of being “out of step” is given as the main reason why the Family Violence Death Review Committee recommended a change in the law, which is why their proposal was sent to you, at the Law Commission, to consider.

I wish to make the following points:

  1. No reason is given why New Zealand needed to be “in step” with other countries on this particular issue or any other;

  2. No reason is given why New Zealand needed to be “in step” with these particular countries;

  3. It is ethnocentric or racist to assume that we need to be “in step” with England, Canada and Australia, rather than (say) Singapore, India, Brazil, Russia, Japan, Israel, Egypt, Nigeria, South Africa, etc.;

  4. New Zealand is an ethnically diverse country and is not tied to England, Canada and Australia by any umbilical cord;

  5. Matters of psychological research, as they relate to the law, should be decided on their merits, and not on the basis of what other countries have decided.

  6. The phrase “in step” has militaristic, Fascist and anti-democratic overtones;

  7. There is no legal basis for imposing an obligation on the legal system of New Zealand to play a game of leap-frog with England, Canada and Australia, whereby every Feminist law “reform” victory in one of those countries must be matched in every other of the four (including New Zealand).

  8. Therefore the Family Violence Death Review Committee and the Law Commission are illegally imposing an autocratically invented principle upon the New Zealand public.

  9. That proves the existence of a conspiracy.

  10. The fact that it is a Feminazi conspiracy can be easily, but not quickly, proved by pointing to the stinking, anti-male predetermination which oozes from the Law Commission and the Family Violence Death Review Committee.

  11. Since that takes time, it will not be done in this short letter.

  12. You are not competent to oversee a project on so-called “Victims of family violence who commit homicide”, because your educational background is in law, and the fundamental issues here are scientific ones relating to the nature of domestic violence.

  13. It is typical of the law profession that it abuses its power and takes decisions in areas where it is incompetent, and allows itself to be conned by predetermined and unscientific conclusions emanating from ruthless man-haters.
