Removal of the Chief Justice© Peter Zohrab 2015 |

7 March 2015
(Open Letter to the Attorney-General -- slightly edited)
Dear Mr. Finlayson,
Removal of the Chief Justice
I am writing to request that the Chief Justice, Dame Sian (formerly Sivan) Elias, be removed by an address of the House of Representatives on grounds of either misbehaviour or incapacity, or both – as seems appropriate to you.
My reasons are as follows:
It is patently obvious that it is totally inappropriate for the Institute of Judicial Studies, which is controlled by the Judiciary, which is subordinate to Dame Sian Elias, to be teaching judges about so-called “Diversity”, when Dame Sian Elias’ notion of so-called “Diversity” is to have all the mainstream courts headed by women! I do not object to all these head judges being women, per se, although they are obviously in a position to make life difficult for lesser judges who refuse to toe the Feminist line. What is most objectionable here is the culture of double-think, whereby female domination is classified as “Diversity”!
As a recent victim of New Zealand’s Women’s Justice System, I can testify that this culture of male-oppressing double-think expresses itself in unjust judgments.
Yours sincerely,
Peter D. Zohrab
