Here is the actual report by Dr. Murray Straus (Univ of NH) showing women
commit more dating violence (world wide) than men do: http://pubpages.unh.edu/%7Emas2/ID41E2.pdf
Read the whole thing, but notice in the graphs that NZ is one of the most
significant countries where women are nearly 3 times more likely to be the
sole perpetrators of dating violence. I wonder why... Actually we both know.
Dr. Straus says that in the majority of cases (mutual violence) that it is
because the women continually assault the men until they finally attack back
and make it mutual then. Also note that 71 percent of those interviewed for
the study were women, and 29% men. Most of these college women were from the
social sciences (more feminists) indicating that this study has more validity
than ever since it is mostly women and esp feminists telling on themselves
for being the most violent ones in relationship violence and that it's not
in self defense but for many reasons, just like it is for men - control going
either direction as only a sometimes-reason. This just goes along with what
so many women have been telling me for years, that women are more violent
than men. Yes, they know.
Straus' bottom line is that violence BY women needs equal attention and that
our methods of treating and preventing violence must be radically amended
in order to stop facilitating violence as the system now does.
